Being a puppy is a 24-hour a day, seven day a week operation. Puppy operations don't start at 8 in the morning and end at 9 at night. Being a puppy is a full-time job.
Here are some videos of puppy play at 2:00 in the morning:
In this video, Topher had just rescued his hedgehog from the puppies and brought it to safety with him up on the bed. The puppies continue to play:
Then Topher jumps down on the floor to tell them enough is enough. It's 2:30 in the morning and time to settle down. The puppies settle down and Bella even hides under the bed like she's telling him, "it wasn't me!" (I am trying my best not to laugh in this one.)
Finally, everybody starts to settle down...
...Shiloh makes her way up on the bed with Topher and Mr. Hedgehog. (Mr. Hedghog used to be Santa Hedgehog, but the puppies ripped the Santa hat off.)
...and we all finally get some sleep.
